Lilly's 1st Birthday was Wednesday...it's amazing how fast time flies! When Steve got home from work Lilly opened her 1st present, a red sled. She loves being pulled around in the sled by Dad. After that, we had cupcakes. Lil was less than excited about it, can you tell? After the candle was blown out she immediately pushed it off her highchair and it landed upside down on the floor. On the second take, I broke up a cupcake and she devoured about half of it.
We had her 1st Birthday party on Saturday and loved having her friends and family there. She slept through the first part of the party and came down later, making a grand entrance and waving to everyone. She had another cake for everyone and was much more wise this time and took a swipe at it, grabbing a handfull of cake and icing...she is a quick one! Then, she opened all the wonderful gifts people brought and played with Sean (her boyfriend).
